Content hosted by bandnet.org may be removed without warning where appropriate and reasonable notice of infringement has been provided. Action will only be taken on receipt of sufficient evidence that content infringes the rights of others.

bandnet.org does not provide any direct links to any content except where that content is hosted on our servers. The provided links only give a description of that file and not any part of the file itself. Therefore we are not responsible for the content that is described by the links provided by us.

Posting your content here
By submitting your content to us for hosting you agree that it may be provided to our users under the license agreed upon submission of that content.
